Job Summary

Own DV360 programmatic buying and multi-platform PPC, driving planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to optimize ROI for clients.

  • DV360 and programmatic ownership across display and YouTube with end-to-end campaign management.
  • Tracking and analytics leadership using GTM, CM360 and GA for measurement and optimization.
  • Reporting discipline and client communication to turn data into actionable guidance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the agency’s digital paid media capability across planning, execution, performance, and innovation.
  • Lead DV360 programmatic buying, set up across programmatic display and YouTube; manage end-to-end campaign management, billing and reporting.
  • Drive performance in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads suites; manage PPC, Performance Max, Shopping, and Demand Gen; optimize for clicks and conversions.
  • Provide technical leadership: deploy tracking with GTM and CM360; be proficient in Google Analytics and familiarity with third-party ad tracking services.
  • Lead reporting and operational excellence: streamline client reporting using Looker Studios or similar; establish clear processes to manage quality and optimize ad spend.
  • Conduct analysis and provide clear recommendations; communicate findings effectively to clients and team.

Requirements

  • Six or more years of hands-on DV360 experience; expert at programmatic display and YouTube; end-to-end campaign management including billing and reporting.
  • Proven track record in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads suites (PPC, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen); knowledge of all buy types.
  • Experience deploying tracking (GTM and CM360); familiarity with Google Analytics; knowledge of third-party ad tracking services.
  • Strong Excel skills for creating accurate reports and recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate insights to clients and team.

Preferred

  • Learner and adviser – stay on top of the latest trends and tech and push clients to test new approaches.
  • Strong communicator – able to move between spreadsheets and slides with confidence; blend hands-on in-platform work with clear communication.
  • Planner and do-er – flexible to create plans, deliver them, support paid media colleagues, proposals and post-campaign reports.
  • Platform experience – knowledge of Trade Desk or Amazon DSP would be a bonus.
  • Be on it with AI – articulate how to automate, enhance, plan, forecast and perform better.
