Job Summary

Own the paid media engine and conversion funnel for a multi-platform growth program, with clear ownership of budgets, lead quality, and CAC to drive scalable acquisition.

  • Paid media management: own campaigns across Meta, X, Google Ads and TikTok and translate data into channel strategy.
  • Funnel optimization: review landing pages and journeys to lift conversion rates and reduce friction.
  • Reporting and optimization: produce actionable insights and present to senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management - Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, X, Google Ads and TikTok
  • Owning campaign performance, budgets and channel strategy
  • Identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, CPA and conversion rates
  • Scaling successful campaigns whilst maintaining efficiency
  • Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions
  • Creative Testing & Optimisation - Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new creative concepts
  • Testing hooks, messaging, offers and formats
  • Identifying winning creatives and scaling performance
  • Contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimisation - Reviewing landing pages and customer journeys
  • Identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Supporting updates to landing pages and website content
  • Working across the full acquisition funnel rather than purely media buying
  • Reporting & Analysis - Producing performance reports and actionable insights
  • Monitoring key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Using data to drive continuous improvement
