Job Summary
Own growth engine across paid media, affiliates and lifecycle touchpoints, with hands-on budget control, creator briefs, and brand guardrails.
- Growth Infrastructure: Plan and manage performance marketing budget across paid social, paid search, Amazon and other channels to maximize conversions.
- Campaign & Creative Oversight: Build data-backed creative briefs for external partners and ensure asset quality.
- Compliance & Brand Gatekeeping: Sign off on all marketing emails, social posts, and ad variants before deployment.
