Job Summary

Own paid search and paid social across Europe and keep campaigns aligned with brand and commercial goals while tightening tracking and attribution to lift ROI.

  • Own multi-market PPC programs and optimization to drive ROI.
  • Collaborate with Data and Web Dev to ensure accurate tracking and attribution and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Turn performance data into actionable optimization and reporting for the marketing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, management and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple European markets
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, audience targeting, and competitor research
  • Assist with ad copy creation, creative testing and campaign optimisation
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Produce regular reporting and performance analysis for internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with brand and commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with Data, Web Development and Senior PPC colleagues to support accurate tracking and attribution
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and testing opportunities
  • Support ongoing optimisation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social platforms

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good Excel and data handling skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and interest in digital marketing
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Preferred

  • Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads or digital advertising platforms (desirable)
  • Experience using analytics or reporting tools such as Google Analytics (desirable)
  • Ability to read or write in Spanish, French or Italian (desirable)
  • Experience working in e-commerce or a fast-paced commercial environment (desirable)
