Job Summary

Own recruitment marketing for government digital and cyber talent by driving events, partnerships and content that attract digital professionals at scale.

  • Event and partnership ownership: promote the professions, run regional and DEI collaborations to build pipeline.
  • Content and channel engine: create digital content to attract and engage across government platforms.
  • Process and measurement: use your creative spark to improve processes and attract top digital talent.
