Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of social media content for a wide range of clients.
  • Film engaging content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Edit engaging short-form videos that capture attention and tell great stories.
  • Capture photography and behind-the-scenes content during client visits, filming days and events.
  • Prepare and organise content ready for publication.
  • Work alongside our Campaign & Social Executive to help bring creative ideas and campaigns to life.
  • Help keep projects organised across our internal systems and workflows.
  • Develop your understanding of what makes content perform across different social media platforms.
  • Continue developing your skills while taking on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for creating content and social media.
  • Confidence editing short-form video content using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar editing software.
  • An interest in filming and photography.
  • A creative eye and an instinct for capturing engaging content.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and building positive relationships.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback and continually improve.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations across the Highlands.

Preferred

  • Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok.
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • An interest in AI and how it can support creative workflows.
  • Photography experience.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience.
