Job Summary

Own influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end by developing partnerships, optimizing performance, and scaling opportunities across creators and media, with a focus on data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead influencer briefings, logistics, content review, crisis management, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Data & Partnerships: Drive weekly performance reporting and grow strategic relationships with agencies, talent managers, and partners.
  • Business Development: Build new partnerships and support emerging formats like livestreaming and new media initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: From identifying influencers to briefing, logistics, content review, crisis management, and post‑campaign analysis - Cross‑functional Collaboration: Working with agencies, talent managers, dealers, media partners, and internal marketing teams - Data Analysis & Reporting: Weekly reporting, performance tracking, and multi‑dimensional data analysis - Business Development: Building new partnerships, managing relationships, and supporting emerging areas like livestreaming and new media initiatives
Requirements
- at least three years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media - You understand performance metrics, spot trends early, and manage high‑profile relationships with confidence - You thrive under pressure, handle crises professionally, and balance creativity with analytical thinking - You’re skilled in business development, negotiation, and campaign optimisation
