Job Summary

Own and drive category innovation and GTM for a luxury brand, focusing on pipeline from ideation to scale, cross-functional execution, and consumer-first storytelling across channels.

  • Innovation & GTM ownership: lead a 3-year pipeline and launch calendar balancing new products with commercial innovations.
  • Cross-functional execution: partner with product, packaging, and global teams to align formulation, sustainability, and marketing assets.
  • Consumer storytelling & channels: develop authentic campaigns with Social, Communications, and Creative teams to keep brand desirability year-round.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Innovation Strategy & Product Development: Lead the marketing of new product innovation journey from ideation to launch, aligning with brand vision and global category trends.
  • Develop and execute a robust 3-year category innovation pipeline and launch calendar, balancing new product introductions with commercial innovation initiatives.
  • Identify breakthrough ideas, ingredients, and consumer-centric campaigns that elevate Jo Malone London’s market leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and packaging teams to drive formulation innovation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Track post-launch performance to optimize future strategies.
  • Go-to-Market & Integrated Marketing: Own the go-to-market for categories of responsibility, including new launches and commercial innovations, creating compelling and authentic consumer first campaigns across all channels.
  • Develop 360-degree marketing campaigns integrated with cross functional teams.
  • Lead always-on storytelling requirements for the category working closely with Social, Communications and Creative teams to drive desirability all year round and tapping into cultural trends and moments.
  • Lead creative briefing processes to inspire high-impact brand assets and visual identity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are seamlessly executed in all touchpoints.
