Job Summary

Drive growth in Europe by owning and coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns across the full mix, collaborating with central teams, product, and regional sales to translate strategy into action.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager – PACS Europe in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth across Europe.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy across the full marketing mix including above and below the line marketing including digital activation.
  • Help drive key marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with central marketing, product teams, and regional sales.
  • Campaign-focused, responsive, creative, proactive, and hands on, with the ability to work with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Strong campaign management and digital marketing experience.
  • Strong experience in MS Office operating system and applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing automation (Marketo), Content Management System, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Travel and fieldwork including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport, and preferably a valid driving license.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.

Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of other European languages is desirable.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing automation (Marketo), Content Management System, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, technology or security will be advantageous.
