Job Summary

Own the social and marketing content pipeline, coordinating cross-department content, asset creation, website updates, event support, and campaign enablement to keep-brand, timely communications across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain busy social media schedules across multiple departments, ensuring content is uploaded accurately, on time, and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create social media graphics and digital content including posts, reels, videos, and promotional materials using existing templates and new creative concepts.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, website, and social media platforms.
  • Keep the company website updated with news articles, job advertisements, calendar events, staff profiles, and other content.
  • Proofread and check marketing content carefully before publication, maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate and collaborate with departments and branches to ensure marketing requirements are delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist with the planning, preparation, setup, and breakdown of events including auctions, county shows, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Carry out practical/manual tasks associated with events, including transporting materials, setting up displays, and providing on-site support where required.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining marketing databases and liaising with suppliers, printers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fastidious attention to detail with the ability to work quickly whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable balancing desk-based marketing duties with practical, hands-on event support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience using Canva and Meta Business Suite is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience using WordPress, Monday.com, and Hootsuite would be advantageous.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
