Job Summary

Own multi-channel student recruitment campaigns and CRM-driven journeys that move traffic to university pages and improve engagement, with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • the Marketing Officer will play a key role in the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of high impact marketing campaigns and recruitment activity that support the University’s recruitment strategy and targets.
  • This varied role involves working across multiple channels and media, with a strong focus on student-centred marketing communications.
  • You would contribute to the development and management of recruitment campaigns that maximise engagement and drive traffic to our web pages; develop customer journeys that integrate with the University’s CRM system; work with colleagues to produce compelling, high performing content; and monitor and report on marketing performance to inform future activity.
  • With a degree or equivalent experience, you will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment and build strong relationships with academic schools.
