  • Brand governance: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure on-brand outputs across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns that raise awareness of council services.
  • Provide expert marketing advice, ensuring all activity is targeted, measurable and aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Act as guardian of the Council’s brand; develop brand guidelines, toolkits and templates; ensure consistent application across all campaigns, channels and materials; collaborate with design and communications colleagues to deliver high-quality, on-brand outputs.
  • Lead on audience insight and campaign evaluation, using data, user research and analytics to continuously improve performance and identify new opportunities.
