Job Summary

Own the UOE/Stamp marketing strategy and budget, push the brand across all channels, and coordinate local campaigns with the transformation and retail teams to open or relaunch stores.

  • Set budgets, measure spend performance, and report results to leadership.
  • Coordinate with Transformation and Post Office stakeholders on local campaigns for store openings and relaunches.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic owner and author of the UOE/Stamp Marketing Plans, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and commercial priorities
  • Champion the evolution of the way that the UOE/Stamp brands turn up in all channels including making recommendations for efficiency improvements, driving the digital transition for the brand and developing the brand.
  • Provide direct line management and strategic oversight to marketing team members and external agency partners
  • Set and manage the marketing budget, reporting back on marketing performance from spend
  • Ensure all key trading moments (Christmas, Mother’s Day etc.) are well executed within a 360-market activation plan
  • Working with key stakeholders in the Transformation team and the Post Office, you will develop tailored local marketing campaigns to support the opening / relaunch of each individual retail site as a programme of investment rolls out
