- Track performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise
- Lead and inspire a small, talented marketing team
- Support development through coaching, feedback, and mentoring
- Create a positive, collaborative, high-performing environment
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects end-to-end
- Deliver engaging events—from open days to industry showcases
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure success
- Oversee compelling content across web, social, and email
