  • Lead data-informed decision making and ROI measurement across all channels.
  • Coordinate with digital, e-commerce, CRM, and local teams while testing AI and personalization pilots.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive global omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with e-commerce and offline growth objectives
  • Customer experience: Ensure a consistent and frictionless journey across digital(e-com sites/market places) and physical touch points (vet clinics).
  • Support the e-com manager to develop partnerships with main E-com customers
  • Digital & performance marketing: manage the global media mix (SEO/SEM, google, influencers, KOL,…)
  • Content and branding: Oversee the creation of channel adapted content (clinical nutrition education, vet-channel marketing campaign, veterinary testimonials, user-generated content…)
  • Data & analytics: drive data-informed decisions and measure ROI across channels
  • Team leadership: interact with internal stakeholders (digital, e-com, CRM, NPD) and collaborate closely with local teams and sales departments
  • Innovation: identify and test new opportunities (AI, personalization, AR, voice commerce)

Requirements

  • Significant experience in omnichannel and e-commerce
  • Expertise in retail media, pet e-commerce ecosystems, performance marketing
  • Strong international/ global market experience is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English mandatory
  • Degree in marketing/digital strategy, specialized in e-com, omnichannel retail.
  • Proven experience in Petfood sector, preferably in the vet / petfood sector
  • Occasional global travel may be required with this role.
  • This role is based remotely in either the UK or France. Candidates applying from other European countries will be considered if they are in a Dechra entity. Compensation packages will be benchmarked accordingly.
