Job Summary
Own marketing planning and multi-channel execution to grow sales, coordinating with operations, promotions, and procurement while measuring results and tightening budgets.
- Campaign planning and cross-functional alignment with operations, promotions, and sales to drive seasonal and new-launch sales.
- End-to-end campaign execution and budget management across offline and digital channels with agency partners and internal teams.
- Performance measurement and reporting with analysts, linking activity to growth opportunities and customer impact.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Devise and implement annual plan of marketing activity, work with Head of Operations & Sales and Head of Promotions & Loyalty Marketing to agree content to grow sales.
- Agree promotional content with internal Procurement teams and deliver customer-facing promotional activity to support sales colleagues and commercial objectives.
- Assist in planning and full responsibility for the execution of tactical & seasonal campaigns to support sales growth; including website and email.
- Devise Marketing activity to complement new launches, working closely with Procurement colleagues.
- Work closely with Sysco GB analysts to measure and report on marketing activity performance.
- Responsibility for briefing, managing critical paths and budgets with agency partners; including print, design, socials & PR.
- Develop the relationship with Contact Centre Managers, including monthly marketing activity briefings.
- Work with finance and analysts to identify growth opportunities
- Support in key projects and deputise for Head of Promotions & Loyalty Marketing when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in similar role at Marketing Manager level
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels
- Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Experience of omni-channel (offline and digital) marketing campaigns
- Understanding of performance metrics and reporting
