Responsibilities

• Devise and implement annual plan of marketing activity, work with Head of Operations & Sales and Head of Promotions & Loyalty Marketing to agree content to grow sales.
• Agree promotional content with internal Procurement teams and deliver customer-facing promotional activity to support sales colleagues and commercial objectives.
• Assist in planning and full responsibility for the execution of tactical & seasonal campaigns to support sales growth; including website and email.
• Devisе Marketing activity to complement new launches, working closely with Procurement colleagues.
• Work closely with Sysco GB analysts to measure and report on marketing activity performance.
• Responsibility for briefing, managing critical paths and budgets with agency partners; including print, design, socials & PR.
• Develop the relationship with Contact Centre Managers, including monthly marketing activity briefings.
• Work with finance and analysts to identify growth opportunities
• Support in key projects and deputise for Head of Promotions & Loyalty Marketing when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in similar role at Marketing Manager level
• Strong stakeholder management ability
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels
• Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload in a busy environment
• Experience of omni-channel (offline and digital) marketing campaigns
• Understanding of performance metrics and reporting
