Job Summary
Coordinate agency level marketing delivery for SEO, AI SEO, PPC, and PR; drive branding assets, case studies, and industry awards; and own the website redesign plus social growth while aligning with department heads.
- Growth ownership: align internal teams on strategy and delivery for SEO, PPC, content, and PR.
- Brand and assets: create case studies, award submissions, and brand assets.
- Business development and operations: lead client outreach, conferences, and cross-region team coordination.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with in-house SEO, AI SEO, PPC and PR teams as internal client, holding them accountable for strategy, delivery, and results.
- Create and refresh Go Up's marketing and brand assets; create case studies, submit for industry awards, and promote the business.
- Oversee the upcoming Go Up website redesign; maintain and grow LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Outreach to potential new clients via email and LinkedIn; re-engage lapsed clients; attend conferences, events and trade shows; pitch for new work via UpWork and other relevant platforms.
- Liaise with heads of department and report directly to the Directors; manage and delegate to the Marketing Executive in Cape Town
- Agency-side marketing experience is a non-negotiable requirement
- Proven track record across SEO, PPC, content, PR and outreach
- Experience managing junior team members
- Highly proactive and organised
- Native or native-equivalent written and spoken English
- London-based with the right to work in the UK (not able to sponsor visas)
- Desirable: Familiarity with AI SEO tools
- Desirable: Experience managing a website redesign
- Desirable: Existing network in the digital marketing or agency space
