Job Summary

Shape global brand presence and demand for OOH by owning strategy, campaigns, and the content engine across regions, with a focus on EMEA and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and assets for account growth and thought leadership.
Own global new business marketing and bespoke initiatives for target markets and campaigns.
Coordinate with the group team to maximize coverage, assets, and events while maintaining brand guardrails.

Job Description

Lead integrated marketing and communications output for Evolve.
Raise the brand profile by developing and executing a marketing plan to capture the target market, generate new business leads and showcase the benefits of OOH.
Liaise with the Evolve team to promote best-in-class work through case studies, award entries and more.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and SLT to develop a marketing strategy and plan to meet business goals.
Lead global new business development and account growth with emphasis on EMEA.
Build and deliver bespoke marketing initiatives for specific accounts, services and campaigns for specific markets, sectors and clients.
Continuously review market changes and business performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
Develop Evolve’s global brand positioning and assist market HUB leads with regional positioning.
Define and enhance service offerings with the Evolve team.
Act as brand guardian and work with the Group Lead Designer to embed the Evolve brand and assets.

Naturally creative with a keen eye for design.
Understand the OOH specialist landscape and media agency.
Self-starter who can deliver results through strategy and execution.
Excellent copywriting, communication and decision-making skills.
Project manager with high attention to detail.
Social media and communications experience, proven ability to generate attention for a brand online, particularly using LinkedIn.
Team player able to work with diverse skill sets to deliver a plan.
Evidence of strategic thinking, marketing strategy and successful projects.
Global/international network market experience preferred, but not essential.
Experience driving new business or client retention through marketing initiatives.

Experience in a high-growth multinational marketing environment.
Proficiency with social media content strategy and online presence beyond LinkedIn.
