Job Summary

Own the system that turns marketing into a predictable demand engine with AI-first workflows and cross-functional leverage across content, channels, CRM, and analytics.

Growth Infrastructure: Build and maintain an AI-driven marketing system with cross-functional teammates to ship predictably.
Channel Ownership: Own content strategy/production, LinkedIn/website/SEO growth, and email marketing across warm and cold audiences.
Performance Engine: Manage CRM, lead nurturing, CRO, landing pages, PPC/PR agency relationships, and reporting to drive qualified pipeline.

Content strategy and production

Email marketing (warm and cold)
CRM management and lead nurturing

PPC and PR agency management
Reporting, analytics and performance
Qualifying inbound leads and booking meetings

Requirements

Is genuinely AI-first (ChatGPT, Claude or similar are part of your daily workflow)
Has experience building and improving AI marketing workflows
Thinks in systems, not one-off campaigns
Is comfortable across the full marketing funnel
Writes exceptionally well in English
Loves testing, measuring and improving performance
Thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
