Responsibilities - Plan and deliver year-round marketing campaigns - Create email newsletters and automated customer journeys - Support social media content and campaign messaging - Manage marketing activity using HubSpot or similar CRM - Maintain an annual marketing calendar - Identify opportunities to increase bookings and repeat visits - Produce a monthly marketing performance report with recommendations - Work independently to drive ongoing marketing activity Requirements - Experience in inbound marketing and campaign management - Strong HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience - Excellent written communication skills - Good organisational skills and attention to detail - Experience with email marketing and social media including content creation and copywriting - A proactive, self-managing approach Preferred - Experience within hospitality, wellness or leisure would be an advantage.
