Job Summary
Own the local search and social marketing engine for a Glasgow-focused home rewiring business, shaping visibility and trust while coordinating quick wins across channels.
- Growth Infrastructure: Drive local SEO, GBP optimization, and review-generation to lift organic visibility and credibility.
- Content Engine: Own social content and short-form video across IG/FB/TikTok to fuel engagement and inquiries.
- Performance Analytics: Track leads, rankings, conversions, and program viability to steer optimizations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing our organic search presence (local SEO focus)
- Running our social media channels — content creation, scheduling, engagement
- Producing short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Managing our Google Business Profile and review generation strategy
- Supporting Google Ads and PPC campaigns alongside our ads manager
- Reporting on what's working and what's not — leads, rankings, conversions
Requirements
- Marketing degree or equivalent (recent graduate welcome)
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO — not just the theory
- Comfortable with social media content creation, including short video
- Organised, self-driven, and not waiting to be told what to do
Preferred
- Bonus: experience with WordPress, Google Ads, or AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude
