Job Description

Responsibilities

  • I will manage the development of content that delivers a single identity and tone of voice across all marketing channels
  • I will manage the development of external communications providing data and content to support our airlines
  • I will work with the airport’s senior leadership team to develop the airport’s website content
  • I will work with the non-aeronautical team to support the delivery of their marketing objectives
  • I will manage the deployment of effective visual communications throughout the passenger journey
  • I will develop creative PR strategies to increase the airports exposure through traditional and social media
  • I will effectively manage external crisis communications when required
  • I will collate any available consumer data to support accurate campaign targeting
  • I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
