Job Summary

Own CRM strategy and loyalty for UK venues and ticket brands, driving data-driven campaigns and personalised comms; manage end-to-end campaigns, segmentation, and performance analysis with the CRM Analyst to turn insights into action.

  • Own end-to-end marketing campaign delivery for digital-first ticket brands.
  • Lead customer segmentation and personalisation to boost relevance and outcomes.
  • Feed data-driven insights into planning, reporting, and membership programs; run day-to-day CRM systems.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support the CRM strategy for UK venues and ticket agent brands.
  • Drive loyalty and lifetime value from the existing customer base with a data driven marketing approach.
  • Provide end to end marketing campaign management for our digital first ticket agent brands, collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns for the UK regional venues.
  • Oversee marketing content initiatives for ticket agent brands to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Deliver highly personalised communications via direct marketing channels including email, with setup and analysis of campaigns and automations.
  • Apply customer segmentation approaches to improve targeting and effectiveness.
  • Feed into planning for wider marketing campaigns and strategy for the UK regional venues.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Analyst to analyze campaigns and share data driven insights with stakeholders.
  • Uncover customer and performance insights from the data.
  • Day to day running of our CRM systems.
  • Support administration and development of membership schemes.
  • Maintain processes and toolkits to empower the centralised campaign program for UK regional venues and agency brands.
  • Adhere to Trafalgar Entertainments values and ethics.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • You have a minimum of 12 months experience with a CRM system.
  • Knowledge of customer personalisation and dynamic content to drive relevancy and results.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • You have a test and learn mindset with a data and analytical approach to campaigns, reporting and insight.
  • You have experience of delivering excellent customer experience across channels.
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
  • Very well organised and good with time management.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team and across multiple departments.
