Job Summary

Own cross‑channel campaign planning and content development for a luxury hospitality brand, ensuring brand consistency, asset accuracy, and timely partner and stakeholder coordination.

  • Campaign planning and execution across digital, print and on‑property channels while upholding brand standards.
  • Content creation for websites, social media, emails and promotions to support guest engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing with Sales, Events, F&B and Rooms and track performance for insights.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign planning and execution across digital, print and on‑property channels to drive guest engagement while upholding brand standards.
  • Content development for websites, social media, email campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and manage marketing assets to ensure alignment with guidelines.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments including Sales, Events, Food & Beverage and Rooms.
  • Support partnerships, collaborations and brand activations to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, insights and analysis.
  • Manage and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Assist in organising photoshoots, events and promotional initiatives.
  • Respond to marketing and guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain records of campaigns, assets and marketing activity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media, CMS, email platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, working effectively across departments.
  • Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
