Job Summary

Own the marketing plan and lead generation to support Scouts’ growth, while shaping brand, content, and cross‑team coordination to drive ROI.

  • Manage lead generation, content creation, and brand/communication work for supporters, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaigns across channels with sales to optimize ROI and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that support Scouts’ strategic goals and growth initiatives.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns to meet financial targets and increase organizational outreach.
  • Manage brand-building activities, including communication strategies aimed at prospective and existing supporters, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Create compelling content such as blogs, white papers, newsletters, social media posts, and print materials, monitoring their performance and optimizing for SEO and engagement.
  • Oversee annual marketing planning, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable goals to evaluate success.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned, effective, and resource-efficient.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, PPC campaigns, website analytics, and web optimization efforts.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to identify priorities, support lead generation, and enhance brand positioning to drive organizational growth.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in campaign management, brand development, and content creation is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles across both traditional and digital channels.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, and analytics platforms
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Proactive approach, excellent teamwork, and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data
