Job Summary

Support integrated marketing execution by crafting assets and emails, optimizing website and email copy for engagement, and coordinating webinars, social content, events, and sales collaboration to drive pipeline.

  • Campaign Execution: Create assets, build emails, test metrics, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Content & Web Presence: Translate speaker copy into punchy, SEO-friendly site and email content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Events & Enablement: Plan and promote webinars, social programs, and live events, partnering with sales to hit targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our marketing campaigns by creating campaign assets, building emails, testing and enhancing performance metrics turning insight into actionable recommendations.
  • Uploading and maintaining the content on the website by utilising the submitted copy from speakers and translating this into punchy, engaging, SEO-optimised copy for the website, and marketing emails.
  • Supporting the team with monthly webinar creation for the core platform, including facilitating the live webinars and promoting them.
  • Planning, creating, implementing and evaluating social media posts to establish a presence and reach across social media platforms, relevant for platform prospects, event attendees and customers.
  • Assist with the organisation and support of our events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving targets.

Requirements

  • Marketing: 1 year (required)
  • Experience of building marketing emails
  • First-class communication to build lasting relationships with our clients, speakers, and customers.
  • A start-up mentality, as well as an interest in wearing “multiple hats” to get the job done.
  • Highly organised – able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes in priority and / or direction easily.

Preferred

  • Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (preferred)
  • Canva: 1 year (preferred)
  • Email marketing: 1 year (preferred)
