Job Summary

Own the early to mid stage campaign support and insights process for healthcare clients, with clear ownership of briefs, client relationships, research, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Campaign delivery and strategy: translate client briefs into campaigns with input from strategy and creative teams.
  • Insights and audience understanding: assess landscape, competitors, and audience attitudes to inform briefs.
  • Collaboration and tools: work with LynxAI to streamline workflows and support pitches and new business.

Job Description

  • Work in a supportive role with senior team members to help deliver global campaigns
  • Tasks range from establishing client relationships, attending meetings, and working on budgets to liaising with internal production teams
  • Work as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team to interpret, develop and implement client briefs
  • Master LynxAI to enhance agency workflows and your day to day role
  • Help market campaigns in exciting and innovative ways to deliver against client objectives and create meaningful change
  • Learn about the trends of the creative, health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Research and Insights: Analyse the landscape – websites, social media, and data trends; conduct category and competitor reviews; deep dive into understanding the behaviour and attitudes of our target audience
  • Strategy Development: Develop reports, present findings, and make recommendations that inform briefs
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with Client and Creative teams to translate insights into compelling campaign strategies
  • Winning New Business: Support pitches and new business development initiatives
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
