Job Summary

Own mid market event marketing operations with data driven email and social campaigns, plus brand-safe website and collateral maintenance that keeps the event experience smooth.

  • Campaign Execution: own email and social campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Data & Reporting: manage CRM data selections and publish performance metrics
  • Website & Assets: keep event sites and collateral on-brand and up to date

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and schedule email campaigns for visitor and exhibitor lead generation and communications
  • Segment CRM data to support targeted campaigns
  • Implement automated email journeys and triggers to improve engagement
  • Support performance tracking and reporting on campaign metrics
  • Execute social content plans across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X
  • Monitor social activity and respond to comments
  • Assist in social media performance tracking and reporting
  • Maintain event websites: updates, landing pages, PDFs and materials
  • Ensure on-brand, timely website updates
  • Create on-brand graphics for emails, social, ads, web, and partner use

Website & Content Updates

  • Perform day-to-day maintenance of event websites, including updating copy, creating and publishing landing pages, and uploading PDFs and marketing materials
  • Ensure all website updates are timely, accurate, and on-brand
  • Work closely with the team to ensure creative consistency across all outputs
  • Update marketing collateral including brochures, event listings, and flyers
  • Brief updates and ensure marketing collateral within the event platform is current and correctly displayed
  • Coordinate with the wider team to maintain a smooth and on-brand digital attendee experience
