Job Summary

Own the on-site content engine from capture to cross-channel distribution, turning site media into social growth and SEO-ready assets.

  • Content creation and channel ownership: shoot on-site media and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and others.
  • Brand and engagement: grow audiences, respond to comments, and maintain brand consistency across groups.
  • Asset-to-article workflow: repurpose site content into posts, reels, case studies, and SEO-friendly website content while using AI to plan and report.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Visiting construction sites to capture high-quality photos and video content of projects, engineers and completed works
  • Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
  • Supporting the growth and management of social media accounts across multiple group companies
  • Scheduling and publishing regular content to keep channels active and engaging
  • Responding to comments, messages and engaging with relevant industry accounts
  • Helping increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement and enquiries
  • Creating posts, reels, videos, graphics, project updates and case studies from site content
  • Assisting with website content and SEO-focused articles where required
  • Using AI tools to support content creation, planning, idea generation, scheduling and reporting
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in social media, content creation and marketing
  • Comfortable creating photo and video content
  • Experience using Canva for content creation and graphic design
  • Experience using SEMrush for social media scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Understanding of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for design and visual presentation
  • Confident communicator able to engage with engineers, project teams and office staff
  • Willingness to visit active construction sites and capture content on location
  • Full UK driving license and access to transport
