Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing and events for Homefield, shaping brand awareness, community engagement, and recruitment while using data to prove impact across campaigns, events, and digital journeys.

  • Lead integrated campaigns and events that drive awareness, engagement, and recruitment for Homefield and its brands.
  • Own a diverse events calendar (Open Days, stalls, galas, fairs) to deepen community connections.
  • Own website content, user journeys, and branded materials to ensure a cohesive, effective experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities - lead and deliver marketing activity and events that increase brand awareness, engagement and recruitment for Homefield and our brands/services. - lead the planning and delivery of a diverse events calendar, including Open Days, commercial stalls, fundraising galas and community fairs. - manage our website content and user journeys. - oversee the production of branded physical materials. - use data insights to evaluate campaign success. Requirements - proven experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns - highly proficient in managing digital platforms and using modern digital tools to improve effectiveness - excellent communication skills Preferred - lived experience of autism - genuine passion for making a difference to the people we support
