Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all social media content across Instagram and Facebook
• Create engaging, on-brand content that reflects the personality of Canada Lodge and Lake
• Write newsletters, email campaigns, website copy, and printed content
• Design and update digital signage and event promotional materials
• Organise and publicise public-facing events in partnership with external collaborators
• Capture and share behind-the-scenes content and real-time event highlights
• Support pricing updates and creation of sales materials (e.g. brochures, leaflets for future years)
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to bring creative and commercial ideas to life
• Manage event and wedding bookings from enquiry to execution
• Conduct venue viewings for prospective couples and clients

Requirements

• Experience in event coordination and/or marketing
• A relevant degree (e.g. Events Management, Marketing, Communications) is beneficial but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Creative mindset and confident using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and social platforms
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and clients
