Job Summary

Own the hands-on delivery of experiential campaigns, partnering with campaign leaders to execute live activations, engage customers, and optimize field performance with growth into leadership roles.

  • On-the-ground execution of events, activations, and face-to-face campaigns.
  • Collaborate on strategy with campaign leaders and continuously improve engagement and sales impact.
  • Grow into leadership through coaching and progression into managing teams and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a hands-on, performance-driven position where you will be directly involved in live campaigns and brand representation.
  • Deliver face-to-face marketing campaigns for client brands
  • Engage customers and drive real-time sales performance
  • Represent brands at events, activations, and field campaigns
  • Work closely with campaign leaders on strategy and execution
  • Contribute ideas to improve performance and customer engagement
  • Develop into leadership and management pathways over time

Requirements

  • No prior marketing experience required — full training is provided.
  • Confident in face-to-face communication
  • Motivated by performance and results
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Looking for long-term career growth, not short-term work
  • Willing to learn, develop, and be coached
