Job Summary

Coordinate multi-channel marketing across four group brands, aligning planning, content, assets, and data-driven improvements to drive campaigns and group-wide visibility.

  • Campaign Operations: plan, schedule, and deliver email, social, digital ads, and print campaigns across all group brands.
  • Content & Channel Management: create and schedule content, coordinate assets with stakeholders, and maintain consistent tone and messaging.
  • Measurement & Optimization: track performance, produce dashboards, surface insights, and recommend improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, building, and delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and print.
  • Manage campaign scheduling, content calendars, and publishing across all Group channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.
  • Assist with the setup and management of paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) under the direction of the Marketing Lead.
  • Track and report on campaign performance across all channels — including email open rates, social engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and update the group’s marketing databases, ensuring contact data is accurate, segmented, and GDPR-compliant.
  • Produce regular performance dashboards and summary reports for the Marketing Lead and senior leadership.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, surface insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and schedule content for the group’s social media channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all four businesses.
  • Draft marketing copy for emails, social posts, web pages, and supporting collateral.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline - or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Some hands-on experience in a marketing role, internship, or placement (agency or in-house both welcome).
  • Practical experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing environments is desirable but not essential.
