Job Summary

Own the seasonal campaign and social content engine with a focus on tying creative work to retail events, brand storytelling, and customer engagement.

  • Campaign Ownership: plan and execute seasonal campaigns aligned to the retail calendar.
  • Content & Social: produce photography, video, and copy that stays on brand across channels.
  • Performance & Collaboration: monitor results and pivot creative and distribution with stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute seasonal Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing activities around key retail calendar events through integrated campaign series.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Create campaign concepts that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through creative initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Create and oversee the weekly social media content plan across all channels.
  • Create and manage photography, video, and graphic content for social media.
  • Develop engaging social campaigns that promote products, services, and brand storytelling.
  • Write scripts, film, and edit social media video content.
  • Monitor content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Strong experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience creating content across social media, email, digital, and print channels.
  • Confident in photography, videography and content editing, with experience planning and supporting both studio and location shoots.
  • Ability to film and edit content using both mobile devices and professional equipment for use across social media, ecommerce, and marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how creative content supports business growth.
  • Confident presenting ideas and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience within fashion, luxury retail or ecommerce.
  • Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding HTML and ecommerce content management systems.
  • Experience supporting creative direction for campaigns and photoshoots.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in content creation, AI-assisted creative tools, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with using Shopify
  • Experience managing Meta, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok channels
