Job Summary

Own the narrative and campaign flow for a service-focused org, turning stories into content, events, and campaigns that drive enquiries and awareness.

  • Content & Social: Drive engaging posts and platform updates that balance adverts with impact stories and service milestones.
  • Campaign & Event Marketing: Plan materials and events to raise awareness and generate leads across sites and head office.
  • Measurement & Storyfinding: Track engagement, enquiries and bookings while capturing real stories and impact across provisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will help plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns that support our services and generate enquiries.
  • You will create engaging content for our social media and digital platforms, helping us move towards a more balanced mix of adverts, stories, impact, achievements and service updates.
  • You will support regular website updates so that our online information feels current, useful and connected to what is happening across the organisation.
  • You will visit provisions, services and events to capture real stories, photos, videos and examples of impact.
  • You will help create marketing materials for campaigns, events and service promotion.
  • You will support events, open days and other opportunities that help raise awareness and generate leads.
  • You will help track campaign activity, including engagement, enquiries, bookings and customer response, so we can better understand what is working.
  • You will work with colleagues across the organisation to find stories, celebrate achievements and show the quality of what we do.
  • The role will be based at Head Office, with travel to provisions, services and events as required.

Requirements

  • Some experience in marketing, communications, social media, digital content or a related area
  • Comfortable writing for different audiences and confident using social media in a professional way
  • Able to build good relationships with colleagues across different teams and feel comfortable visiting services and events to gather content
  • Able to manage a range of tasks, work to deadlines and bring ideas to life
  • Proactive, willing to learn and interested in developing a career in marketing

Preferred

  • Experience with website updates, Canva or similar design tools, short-form video, photography, campaign planning or basic marketing reporting would be helpful, but not essential.
