  • Community campaigns and events: plan and execute local partnerships and school outreach to drive engagement.
  • Digital presence: manage website and social channels to grow audience and awareness.
  • Measurement and optimization: analyse campaign data to improve tactics and ROI.

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns tailored to our community and target audiences.
  • Managing the website and social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinating with local schools and organisations to promote classes and events.
  • Analysing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies.
  • Creating newsletters, physical resources and promotional materials using Canva and CapCut.
  • Collaborating with the Management teams to plan community events that showcase our programs.
  • Maintaining an organised schedule of marketing activities and deadlines.

Requirements overview.

  • Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - friendly and confident when speaking with customers.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities, being able to take initiative when needed.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for engaging visuals and catchy content.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress websites, Canva and CapCut, and comfortable learning new digital tools.
  • Confident using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Adherence to all company processes and procedures, including health and safety, and data protection.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights.
  • Time management skills essential for handling multiple projects.
