Job Summary

Own the social content machine for a local education brand with a focus on short form video, consistent visuals, and campaigns that drive enrolments.

  • Content ownership: create, edit, and repurpose engaging TikTok/Instagram content that reflects the Munelle brand.
  • Campaign & conversion: partner with the Director to drive enrolments and improve the customer journey from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Performance focus: monitor trends, measure results, and refine content strategy to lift engagement and inquiries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
  • Film and edit short-form video content that reflects the Munelle brand.
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Create reels, stories, posts and promotional content on a consistent basis.
  • Develop content that showcases classes, performances, student success stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Schedule and publish content according to a structured content calendar.
  • Work closely with the Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive student enrolments.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for growing the school
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content trends.
  • Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to analyse content performance and adapt strategy accordingly.

Preferred

  • Experience filming content using a smartphone or camera.
  • Experience within education, performing arts, fitness, children's activities or similar sectors.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Graphic design skills.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns.
  • Photography experience.
