Job Summary

Own the marketing mix for a multi-group structure by building campaigns, social content, and website updates, then measure impact with analytics within a delegated budget while ensuring a polished end-to-end customer experience at events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will help increase business leads and sales generation across the Group by creating bespoke marketing campaigns, engaging social media content, website updates and promoting the achievements of each service
  • You will use analytics to assess effectiveness and drive new marketing activity following a delegated budget
  • You will ensure a sound end to end customer experience and help celebrate the great work we do at national and internal events.

Requirements

  • well educated
  • at least 2 years previous experience in a marketing or design role where you have developed and delivered successful marketing campaigns
  • excellent copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills
  • sound IT skills
  • able to plan and generate creative content for a variety of audiences across social media platforms and a website
  • Experience: Marketing/Design: 2 years (required)
  • Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Preferred

  • Ideally hold a relevant marketing qualification and be a CIM member
