Job Summary

Own marketing plan development and campaign execution to grow pupil recruitment and engagement, backed by data-informed insight.

  • Balance strategy and delivery in a fast-moving environment, prioritising multiple campaigns and leveraging insights to drive outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination and evaluation of marketing campaigns that support pupil recruitment, strengthen the Foundation's profile and enhance engagement with key audiences.
  • Develop a structured and data-informed approach to marketing, with pupil recruitment, audience engagement and measurable outcomes at the heart of all activity.
  • Combine strategic coordination with hands-on delivery, turning ideas into action and using data and insight to drive measurable results.
  • Plan and deliver marketing activity; manage multiple priorities within a busy and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Experience of planning and delivering marketing activity

Preferred

  • Experience of digital marketing, content development and campaign performance analysis will be valuable.
  • Ability to use data and insight to drive measurable results (through marketing activity)
