Own cross functional demand and messaging for technical solutions, turning insights into campaigns and sales enablement across digital, events, and partnerships.

Campaign Ownership: Lead demand gen and activation across digital, paid, owned, and earned channels.
Messaging & Enablement: Translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions and sales tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with global teams and partners, manage agencies, and inform strategy with market insights and competitive intelligence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business strategy and growth priorities
Translate technical solutions into compelling value propositions, messaging, and customer-facing content
Lead demand generation and campaign activation across digital, paid, owned, and earned channels
Create sales enablement tools (presentations, case studies, solution briefs, campaign assets) to support commercial success
Support commercialization of new products, services, and digital solutions in partnership with marketing, sales, and RD&E
Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform messaging and campaign strategy
Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality creative and execution on time and within budget
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and integrated execution
Events, media and thought leadership including trade/industry events, media engagement, technical content and thought leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of marketing communications experience, including integrated campaign ownership
Experience in data center, microelectronics, or other high-tech/industrial markets
Proven ability to work effectively across a matrix organization with global and regional teams, balancing regional needs with enterprise priorities to drive aligned execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to simplify technical concepts
Experience across digital channels (web, email, social, paid media)

Preferred

Experience supporting commercialization of technical products, services, or digital solutions
Strong B2B marketing experience in complex, technical environments
Experience in value proposition development and go-to-market execution
Experience managing agencies and external partners
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
