Responsibilities

• Develop with your manager the annual Scarab Sweepers UK marketing communications calendar and take ownership for its execution.
• Working with Sales team to engage with customers – in person, and through lead generation.
• Plan & coordinate local events: local exhibitions, support company events and product demos.
• Coordinate photo & video shoots; help develop and manage company/product merchandise.
• Generate/manage SCARAB’s websites and social media content.
• Help develop and manage the updating of various marketing materials (brochures, videos, press releases).
• Support various CRM and market study actions.
• Manage, coach and support our Marketing apprentice, fostering their professional development and progression within the role.
• Some travel within the UK will be necessary for this role.
• Work with the team to deliver the annual RAVO-SCARAB communications plan (global, EU, USA priorities).

Requirements

• 2 years+ experience in a similar marketing role

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar – preferable
• 2 years+ experience in a similar marketing role
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro)
• SEO, Google ads and social media ads experience
• Website development experience
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Understanding of digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to create engaging and professional content for multiple platforms
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with the ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently
