Job Summary

Grow the supporter base by owning multi-channel communications and event programs for a nature charity, while modernizing the website/CRM and driving action aligned to a new strategy.

  • Digital and events ownership: diversifying content, campaigns, and annual Heritage Festival delivery.
  • Platform and content: manage website and CRM, plus event promotion and coordination with volunteers.
  • Youthfully collaborative: keep communications timely and inspiring through cross-team and stakeholder partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will help grow and diversify the supporter base through creative and impactful digital communications, alongside coordinating a varied programme of public events, including the annual Heritage Festival.
  • You will be responsible for creating engaging content across digital channels, managing and developing the organisation’s website and CRM systems, and supporting the delivery and promotion of events.
  • Working closely with colleagues, volunteers and stakeholders, you will ensure communications are timely, relevant and inspiring, encouraging more people to connect with and take action for the Chilterns.
  • This role will play a key part in delivering the organisation’s new strategic plans.
