Job Summary

Own the multi-brand social and content engine with cross-company publishing, case studies and digital presence, while keeping websites, assets and CRM aligned for bids and proposals.

  • Own multi-brand social and content programs across platforms with brand-aligned storytelling.
  • Develop case studies, brochures and marketing collateral that feed into proposals and tender submissions.
  • Maintain a centralized asset library and ensure website updates and CRM data stay accurate across the group.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management – Manage and develop the social media presence of group companies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, create and schedule content tailored to each company’s brand identity and target audience.
  • Monitor engagement, track performance against agreed metrics and provide regular reporting.
  • Website Content & Digital Presence – Help maintain and update company websites, ensuring content is accurate, relevant and visually consistent.
  • Research, write and publish blog posts, news articles, project updates and case studies.
  • Support search engine optimisation (SEO) and wider content development activities.
  • Case Studies, Copywriting & Collateral – Research and produce project case studies that showcase the Group’s work clearly and effectively.
  • Support the preparation of brochures, capability statements, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across written communications, adapting it to each company and audience.
  • Support operational teams by collating and presenting non-technical information for proposals and tender submissions.

  • Clear and confident written communication.
  • An eye for detail and a pride in producing work that is accurate, well-presented and on-brand.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different companies.
  • A practical, can-do approach with the initiative to progress work without constant direction.
  • Genuine interest in marketing, communications or business, whether through study, personal projects or work experience.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms from a content or audience perspective, not merely as a personal user.
  • A collaborative and professional manner, as you will work with a range of teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
