Job Summary

Own and optimise CRM and customer communications programmes to drive engagement, retention and growth across multi-channel campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customer acquisition, retention and loyalty communication strategies that support business growth and customer engagement.
  • Build, manage and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS and direct mail, ensuring communications are timely, relevant and effective.
  • Own testing programmes across customer communications, using data and insight to continuously improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.
  • Produce reporting, dashboarding and campaign analysis to identify trends, measure success and inform future activity.
  • Collaborate with IT, MI, Operations and external partners to support CRM developments, customer data initiatives and marketing technology enhancements.
  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to deliver strategic objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, direct marketing or customer marketing, with a track record of improving customer engagement and conversion.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Apteco FastStats, PeopleStage, Orbit, Dotdigital or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into effective marketing activity.
  • Good understanding of GDPR, PECR and customer-focused marketing practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
