Job Summary

Own the Future Students content and campaign lifecycle, shaping recruitment journeys across digital and offline channels.

  • Own/lead campaigns and content that engage prospective students.
  • Coordinate web content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand compliance.
  • Drive evaluation and reporting of marketing performance with cross‑functional partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and, where appropriate, lead Future Students projects, campaigns and recruitment events.
  • Coordinate and manage Future Students web content, ensuring information is accurate, timely and compliant.
  • Assist with campaign delivery across channels, including content creation and coordination.
  • Create and deliver high‑quality, audience‑focused content across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop engaging digital content that supports the student recruitment journey.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries and support reporting and evaluation activity.
  • Monitor and contribute to the evaluation of marketing performance and insight.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring all outputs meet brand, accessibility and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, projects or events across channels.
  • Confidence using digital tools, websites and marketing systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with academic and professional services colleagues.
