Job Summary

Own operational backbone for a London-based marketing support role, shaping day-to-day admin, asset management, and event logistics to keep artist campaigns moving.

  • Administrative Execution: Manage invoices, systems, and meeting logistics to keep marketing workflows smooth.
  • Campaign Support: Maintain assets and compile data/research to back marketing decisions.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination: Handle guest lists, travel, notes, and action tracking for artist events and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive project knowledge to actively and intuitively support marketing leads across key artist campaigns.
  • Efficiently process invoices and actively maintain administrative systems, serving as a critical support function for the wider marketing team.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external marketing meetings, handling all logistical arrangements
  • Support the marketing team with data analysis and research
  • Take comprehensive meeting notes and track action points from marketing discussions
  • Manage campaign assets and organize digital libraries across all platforms and internal systems
  • Support artist events and promo by coordinating guest lists, making travel arrangements, and taking care of on-site logistics

Requirements
