Job Summary

Own the creative production for school life communications, from events and campaigns to collateral and digital assets, shaping how families, alumni and the wider community experience Royal High Bath.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a hands‑on, in‑house creative role where you will take the lead in the production of high‑quality design materials that celebrate school life, support recruitment, and strengthen engagement with families, alumnae and the wider community.
  • From open days and high‑profile events to digital campaigns, corridor displays and social media assets, you will play a central part in shaping how our story is told.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Admissions team, you will help deliver targeted campaigns, support recruitment events, manage collateral, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for prospective families.
  • You will also use data and insight to inform activity, evaluate impact and help us continually refine how we communicate.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications or admissions is essential
  • Experience in an education setting would be an advantage
  • Strong design skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Confident using digital tools — ideally including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Able to produce engaging content across formats such as newsletters, brochures, social media, video and photography
  • Organised, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Proactive mindset and a can‑do attitude
  • You’ll enjoy contributing ideas, solving problems and working closely with colleagues across the school

  • Experience within an education setting would be an advantage
