  • Email Programme Ownership: Plan, execute, and report on European email campaigns, segments, and automated journeys.

Lead European email program planning, execution, and reporting across broadcasts, segmentation, and automated journeys.

  • Email Program Management: Own planning, execution, and reporting for all European email marketing programmes.
  • Strategy & Calendar: Devise and execute the email strategy aligned to business fiscal goals; collaborate to deliver a European calendar supporting product priorities and trading moments.
  • Cross-Brand Collaboration: Partner with Ecommerce Trade, Brand Marketing, and Buying to support full-price and outlet audiences.
  • Retention & Conversion: Work with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to evolve retention and conversion-led programmes for repeat, high-value customers.
  • Briefing & Quality: Manage end-to-end email briefing and ensure best-practice content, copy, and design for local audiences.
  • Asset Briefs: Translate business needs into technical/creative briefs for copy, imagery, and layout.
  • Design & Templates: Work with in-house Designers to deliver campaigns within approved templates for engagement and conversion.
  • Builds & Deliverability: Brief email builds to HTML Developer and collaborate on template optimisation and deliverability.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to optimise processes including use of AI.
  • Testing & Reporting: Drive structured A/B testing, own roadmaps, and share results with the wider business.
