Job Summary
Own creator-led promos for TikTok across SoundOn EMEA, combining cross-market campaigns with catalogue-titled growth and data-driven optimization.
- Campaign Management: Own end-to-end on-platform campaigns from strategy through post-campaign reporting.
- Creator Campaigns: Identify and execute creator-led opportunities that align with artist and label goals on TikTok.
- Catalogue Growth: Surface and reactivate titles, driving TikTok-led opportunities across markets.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute on-platform promotional campaigns across SoundOn EMEA's Label Services roster, with full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
- Creator Campaigns: Develop and manage creator-led promotional campaigns on TikTok, identifying content opportunities and campaign approaches that support artist and label objectives.
- Catalogue Growth & Opportunities: Partner with the Label Services team to surface and reactivate existing titles within partner catalogues, identifying new commercial opportunities through TikTok-led promotion.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Collaborate with the Label Services team and SoundOn stakeholders across regions to identify and execute cross-market promotional opportunities for priority releases and catalogue titles.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign performance, creator activity, and conversion metrics to evaluate success, generate actionable insights, and inform future campaign strategies.
